Unfortunately, I had a really negative experience with the LS's customer service. I ordered a big online gift card to gift a friend for a special event, and couldn't find it in my inbox for the week (it does say online that it can take up to a week). I had been emailing customer service to check in, making sure my payment went through and the gift card would arrive but I never received any response. The final day, I still didn't see a gift card so I emailed customer service to please just cancel this order. Since it never arrived and I didn't even see a payment confirmation, I informed them I would be going to an in-person store and ordering a physical gift card for my friend instead. Sure enough, after I purchased a second one, the resonse to this was quite prompt that they re-issued me a gift card. I see how I could have avoided my predicament, and maybe just given my friend an "IOU gift card" but honestly it was quite a chunk of money and a very special event. I didn't think cancelling my online GC would be any problem. A MUCH prompter response from customer service would really have been appreciated, since I really couldn't go to this event empty handed. I now find myself doubled-up with a really expensive gift card I don't need nor want. I have reached out to customer service asking several times if they can help me rectify this situation over the past month. From their ZERO response, I'm gathering that I'm not getting a refund for the online gift card I ultimately wished to cancel. I don't understand why it was re-issued, it's all quite annoying. I won't be purchasing any more such gifts from the LS unfortunately, their customer service is extremely hard to get a hold of. I'm not sure it really exists, tbh.
