The Latest Scoop ships via Canada Post. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order and tracking information.

If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it.

Please note: “Free Shipping” promotions are only valid for orders to Canada

 

SHIPPING RATES

Orders with a total value exceeding $200 receive free Expedited shipping via Canada Post.

Flat rates:

Canada Post Expedited (Canadian Orders) – $16
Canada Post XpressPost (Canadian Orders) - $22
Canada Post Tracked Packet (US Orders) – $18

 

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed on www.thelatestscoop.ca Monday-Friday, will begin processing the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday as our shipping department closes over the weekend. The Latest Scoop will ship within 48 hours after processing has begun and pending credit verification. Due to the high demand and the current environment, please allow 3-5 business days for The Latest Scoop to process and ship these orders.

Please expect 2-3 business days for shipping within Canada, please note that Canada Post is also experiencing shipping delays that are not within our control. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or statutory holidays.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

 

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS

The Latest Scoop is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider (Canada Post). The Latest Scoop does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
