What items are considered returnable for refund

  • items that are full price and are eligible for a return (see eligible list below)
  • you will be issued a refund to your original form of payment. 
  • any original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
  • please email [email protected] for a return approval.
  • items must be received in new condition with original tags attached. 
  • your return must be postmarked 14 days from the original ship date.
  • Items discounted using the Welcome discount.

Sale Items returnable for online credit/gift card

  • items that are eligible for return (see eligible list below) and are under 40% off
  • items not marked final sale
  • original shipping costs will be deducted from your return
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
  • items must be received in new condition with original tags attached. 
  • your return must be postmarked 14 days from the original ship date.

Please allow 3-6 days to process your refund, your bank should take 5-10 days to post to your account.

Exchanges

*Sorry,  due to COVID-19  we are unable to facilitate exchanges for online purchases. We recommend returning your order, as long as it is eligible for return (see above list) and repurchasing a new order online. Original shipping costs will be deducted from your purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns or repurchases. 


How to Return

For Canadian customers, please initiate a return at returns.thelatestscoop.ca

For returns outside of Canada, please ship directly to our warehouse using the address provided below. 

What if my return is late? 

Any returns received postmarked after 14 days from the original ship date are ineligible for return. 


Price adjustments

We do not adjust the purchase price of any items that have gone on sale or have been further reduced in price.  


Can I return my online order to THE LATEST SCOOP stores? 

At this time we are unable to process online returns in our stores.


When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-6 business days for your return to be processed at our distribution centre and a further 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. There may be some delays due to COVID -19.


*The Latest Scoop is not responsible for shipments not received if there was no tracking and signature required to confirm we received the return.  Please ensure you are repackaging returns carefully as TLS is not responsible for items damaged during the return shipping process.

Business days are Monday- Friday. We do not process returns during holidays or weekends.
