Orders & Shopping
Yes, of course. You can buy from Canada and from the United States.
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and access your order history.
We begin processing orders the next business day (Monday–Friday). If you need to make a change, email us immediately at customerservice@thelatestscoop.ca — we'll do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
We release new product regularly. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified of new arrivals and restocks.
Colour accuracy depends on your monitor settings. We do our best to represent colours accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen matches the product exactly. If you have questions about a specific colour, email us before ordering.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Diners Club.
Yes. All transactions are processed on a secure server using SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card information.
Orders & Shopping
- Free expedited shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 CAD.
- $20 flat rate (Canada Post Expedited) on Canadian orders under $200.
- $18 flat rate (Canada Post Tracked Packet) for US orders.
Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed the following business day. We ship within 48 hours of processing. Once shipped, allow 2–3 business days for delivery within Canada. US orders may take longer. Delivery times do not include weekends or statutory holidays.
Our shipping department is closed on weekends. Friday orders begin processing on Monday and typically ship by Tuesday or Wednesday.
Yes, at a flat rate of $18 CAD via Canada Post Tracked Packet. Note that our site is intended primarily for Canadian customers. Free shipping promotions apply to Canadian orders only.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Canada Post tracking number. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at customerservice@thelatestscoop.ca
Canada Post tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after your package is scanned. If there's been no movement after 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Canada Post will leave a delivery notice card. You'll have a window to pick up your package at your local post office or re-schedule delivery. We recommend including an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel.
The Latest Scoop is not liable for damage that occurs during transit — this is the responsibility of Canada Post. We recommend filing a claim directly with Canada Post. If you have concerns, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
We are not responsible for lost packages. If your tracking shows a delivery issue, please contact Canada Post directly to open a trace. You can also reach us at customerservice@thelatestscoop.ca and we'll assist where we can.
Packages sent to incomplete addresses may be delayed or undeliverable.
RETURNS
Regular priced items are eligible for return within 14 days of the original ship date. Items must be in new condition with original tags attached.
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 3–6 business days for us to process your return and a further 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.

Return shipping is $5 for Canadian orders. This fee is deducted from your refund. Please package your return carefully — we are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

Items marked 25% off or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Buying sale items online can come with sizing questions — we're happy to help before you buy. Email us at customerservice@thelatestscoop.ca.
Returns postmarked after 14 days from the original ship date are not accepted and will not be processed.
No. We do not adjust the purchase price on items that have gone on sale or been further reduced after your purchase.
We don't process full refunds for online orders in-store. You can visit any of our 13 locations to exchange for another item or request store credit.
Once we receive your return, allow 3–6 business days for processing at our distribution centre, then a further 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment only.
Note: We are not responsible for returns that go missing if no tracking or signature confirmation was used. Please ship with tracking.

EXCHANGES
We recommend returning your regular price item and placing a new order online for the item you want. This is the fastest way to secure your new size or style — inventory moves quickly.
You can also visit any of our 13 locations to exchange in person or request store credit.
Yes. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges. The $5 return label fee applies, which is deducted from your refund.
SIZING & FIT
Many of our products have a size chart on the product page. We carry a wide range of brands, each with their own sizing conventions — we strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering.
When in doubt, go up. If you're unsure, email us at customerservice@thelatestscoop.ca with the item name and your measurements — our team is happy to help.
Our sizing varies by brand and style. Filter by size on any collection page to see what's available in your size.

We carry a curated mix of Canadian and international brands, alongside our own The Latest Scoop house label. Our buying team selects new styles seasonally across fashion, home décor, accessories, and more.
Capsule drops are curated themed collections we release throughout the season — grouped by occasion, style, or trend. Regular arrivals are ongoing. Sign up for our emails to be the first to know when new drops go live.
Yes. Gift cards are available online and in all store locations. Note that gift cards are non-returnable.
