Broken zipper

I bought this dress two weeks ago, I thought it’s perfect I won't need my receipt because it is nonrefundable. I go to try it on tonight and the zipper snaps. I am displeased with the quality of this dress and I will be requesting a refund. I would this it 0 starts if i could.
